Outstanding communication is crucial in innovation: from the beginning, all the way through to your Endgame.

It is the key to aligning strategy and tactics, vision and mission, hearts and minds.

And yet, while innovating in purpose and strategy, we often don’t innovate in communication …

Before we begin we don’t establish a common lexicon. Nor a strong, compelling argumentation as to ‘why’. This sets us up for conflict and resistance from the get-go.

In my Wicked One workshops, I help leaders build a common language and purpose for innovation.

While researching & analysing direction, we do not fully surface our stakeholder’s narratives. Without uncovering all the dots, how can we hope to connect them?

In my Wicked Two workshops, I help teams view and understand their challenge from multiple stakeholder points of view.

When communicating new direction we do not craft storylines before storytelling, so our stories lack complexity and depth that is today’s reality. We don’t craft narratives that invite participation.
