Social media and targeted content: a framework and insights

It’s been a while since I posted, so my apologies. On the positive, I have been busy with presentations, speaking opportunities, business is building well and my new blog is nearly ready.

In the meantime, here’s a little presentation I gave for architects in a quick and dirty business workshop on targeted communications: the what, why and the how. Feel free to download it!
